AIG Winter Summit Raises $700,000 for Wounded Warfighters

AIG and AIG Winter Summit sponsors raise $700,000 for wounded warfighters

Thanks to generous corporate sponsors, $700,000 was raised in March, with more than 450 people attending the three-day event.  For five years, AIG – together with its clients, brokers, and business partners – have helped more than 9,000 wounded veterans and family members turn their dreams into a reality at the AIG Winter Summit by raising money for Disabled Sports USA’s Warfighter Sports program.

“The AIG Winter Summit not only offers warriors the opportunity to race and enjoy the camaraderie of people at the event, but the funds raised support adaptive sports programs throughout the year through a nationwide network of over 100 community-based chapters in 42 states. We thank AIG and its Winter Summit partners for their commitment to helping wounded warriors rebuild their lives through sports.” – Kirk Bauer, Executive Director, DSUSA
