pushrim-competitionOur SGU team and volunteers connect and create stronger communities and helping to build unity, loyalty that creates the movement of change.

Shifting Gears United volunteers make the magic and dreams happen for each athlete that needs assistance. Our Volunteers assist on bike and foot, pre-and-post events and logistics, individual and team encouragement, communications, fundraising and bring their special skills and passion to the team.

By providing these sport programs we get to witness these athletes improve strength, stability, self esteem, and quality of life. Rather than a hand-out, they become part of a unified team, with respect and support for each other to get stronger, go faster, go farther and reach for their dreams and goals. There are no limit. Our Focus for Shifting Gears United is to maintain and continue breaking down barriers and continue educating on all inclusion.
